Team member at Keller Williams La Jolla & Sustainable Realty Group
Mikel Palmerin is a real estate professional with Sustainable Realty Group at Keller Williams La Jolla, specializing in land, development-focused transactions, and high-value residential opportunities throughout San Diego County and beyond.
Mikel’s career was launched with the successful sale of a six-unit condominium complex in Downey, a transaction that set the foundation for his focus on investment strategy, deal structure, and long-term value creation. Since then, he has been involved in several notable transactions, including the sale of over 20 acres of land to the Pechanga Band of Indians, a landmark deal that helped reestablish federally recognized land back to the tribe. This transaction required a high level of discretion, coordination, and an understanding of tribal, federal, and local considerations—experience that continues to shape Mikel’s approach to complex land and development deals.
With a strong background in land acquisition, raw land evaluation, and development feasibility, Mikel is known for asking the right questions early—contractor assessments, utility and septic considerations, zoning constraints, and long-term upside—helping clients make informed, confident decisions before committing capital. His work bridges real estate expertise with construction insight and strategic planning, allowing buyers, sellers, and developers to move forward with clarity and confidence.
Outside of real estate, Mikel enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife Beyza and their 7-month-old son Noah. Family, faith, and honest transactions are the pillars of both his personal life and professional practice, and he prides himself on building long-term relationships rooted in trust, integrity, and results.
